Here at BRIC we believe in challenging the status quo in everything we do, and we also believe in keeping it simple. Guided by those core beliefs and fueled by a passion for leadership, we approached coaching and organizational development with fundamentally simple ideas and the results speak for themselves.
So what do we do?... Simply put: we promote leadership development in individuals, teams, and organizations.
Everyday we challenge ourselves to create environments where people feel safe in being open & honest, humble, passionately curious, and genuine. Our coaches and facilitators are dynamically skilled and have expertise in organizational development, strategy, team development, leadership and management.
